2-3 days in the office for GroupM / Mindshare! It depends on the team you are working with. I would want more flexibility and opportunity to work abroad.
I’ve heard Neverland are one of the agencies who insist you’re in 5 days a week.
Most I’ve been in/know about are usually 2/3 days. The difference is typically whether those are decided for you or up to you (due to office capacity I’d imagine).
Weirdly , the Indy’s seem to be most insistent on 5 days in the office. I guess the idea of great creative culture gets lost if you’re writing endless desks at home on a lower salary than the holding companies. They’re trying to reignite the vibes. But it’s like going back to an old relationship - it’s just not gelling. People want to he paid properly. They want promotions not the promise of working on something which might get you an 8th of a British arrow. See Wieden / Mother / Luckies etc
Pretty certain the three agencies you’ve listed are all doing a mandated three days in office only, but go off queen
AKQA currently is still completely flexible, the office is open but reduced to one floor only, we don't have to go in. It might change soon though as our CEO was pushed out (he was a big defenser of working flexibility) and WPP might make us align with the other agencies in the group when the new CEO starts in Q1 (and probably move to Sea Containers)
2-3 days at Leo’s, very flexible
