I would avoid having “project manager” in the title
At the end of the day, the bullet points under the title matter the most. However it’s more likely for roles with “project manager” in the title to cause people to assume that you don’t actually own the execution or direction of anything
Mentor
Personally, I’d go with the associate title.
Project management doesn’t always have the best connotation (right or wrong). The associate title is vague enough that you can shape it in whatever may makes sense for the next roles you apply to.
I'm adverse towards any title with "operations". Why don't you just straight up ask for a "Product manager" title?

I don’t get anything at all from “Business Associate” tbh. If you use some data based approach to doing your work, you successfully worked with different types of stakeholders, you set your execution plan, and you can explain how you personally worked to find ways to get to the next goalpost of whatever process change you’re managing, that checks the boxes for me. You wouldn’t be a traditional product analyst in the AB test sense but it’ll get you past the HR filter hopefully to the point where you can elaborate on the above and sell your strong points to a product hiring manager
