Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. How do for do about looking for positions that sponsor your visa? I'm in the defense sector and have previously healthcare and financial services experience. So I worked from home yesterday and my husband had a sneak peak on my meetings with clients (which I’m very new to being a senior). He mention that I should read some sales pitch books of some sorts so I can get a process down and not be drain from having genuine conversations with every client. I think it’s a great idea. Can you really learn a language properly with Duolingo? To the point in being able to use it professionally? I feel like it's no rival to Rosetta Stone in that regard.

I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.

I have got an offer of 24.5 and designation AVP. I got what I asked.

Did I asked less?? Can I re-negotiate the offer? I don't have any other offer right now.
