Hi, I've been working at SAP Labs for a year now(Total experienc 1.5 year) . I'm looking to switch company mainly for a better CTC, as the current work here is limited and I often don't get meaningful tasks.

So far, I've applied to over 500 openings, including through referrals, but haven't had much luck. I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions on how I can improve my chances of getting a switch.

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

I’ve been a Sys Admin for the last 4 years, and I’m not very well-versed with coding. The phone screen does have whiteboard coding, any tips on what I could do to prepare for this?
