I've spent 2 years learning C# on my own after learning MQL4 and MQL5. Without going too much into detail I've completed a lot of projects and they are mostly algorithms for clients and I've included these on my CV. I've also worked with WForms and WPF related elements within my algorithms.

I've been applying to a lot of jobs on LinkedIn as well as Indeed. I'm based in Leeds and looking for a role as a Junior Developer, I don't have a degree. Any tips? Places to look?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? Is it any surprise we’re seeing mass layoff in tech? Years of rich friends hiring rich friends with no work ethic has lead us here. I know way too many tech people who work maybe an hour a day followed by errands and traveling. A lot of getting in these places is who you know, apparently that doesn’t work out like it used to. The amount of people who worked for Meta, Apple, Amazon, etc for a few months / maybe a year is astounding. it’s around that time frame a boss can tell if you’re worth it
