I might get an offer of 27LPA for 8.8 Yrs of exp in Automation testing after client round. Earlier HR has agreed for 30 LPA and now she is telling we can give only 27 LPA. Should I take the offer or negotiate more after getting offer from them. how is the yearly hike and work pressure ?

My primary concern is not prestige or the connections from school like some others I’ve heard. I just want to know if I went this route, would I still be able to check that MBA box and open the door for higher starting salary if I made a jump?
