The acupressure nausea wristbands for motion sickness actually helped me the most, would force down a cracker or take tiny sips of ice cold water, too. Sometimes just sucking on a candy helped. So sorry you’re dealing with it, it’s the worst! Try not to worry too much, just make sure you stay hydrated, nuun electrolyte tablets were a godsend. And congrats!
Eat something before you even get out of bed. Then Cold grapes, ice packs on your face and a prayer.

Ginger lemon and honey in warm water, tiny sips! Apples, ginger ale, peppermint tea, saltines. All these things helped me.
Ultimately I needed meds from my OB but this stuff held me over.
I would watch out for honey. They actually tell you not to have honey while pregnant bc it can cause botulism
I second nausea bands, ginger candy, and ask your doctor for a zofran prescription to help. It should be ok around the second trimester.
