I need your views and suggestions. I have two doubts:
1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
2. If I have to make a switch do I really have to target big brands only or can try for medium and small size companies too.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration.
