I’m a Junior at Colgate University and have been heavily searching for a summer 2022 internship since October of 2021. I have had countless networking calls with various alumni in different professions and have learned plenty of great information, but have not gotten lucky enough to find an internship. Our annual reviews are approaching & one of my direct reports has been with us for almost six years w/ little growth.
