Hi, My BGV process at Optum has been in progress for almost 3 weeks.I joined 2 weeks before.
Today I try to access the HireRight portal, it shows:"This employment screening request is no longer available."
Has anyone experienced this? Does it indicate that the BGV process is complete, or is it still under internal review?
How long did your BGV process take to complete after joining Optum?
I checked with HR, and they mentioned that the BGV team will reach out if anything is required from my side.

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
