Accenture: 32 fixed, 27% variable pay totally 40 LPA, associate manager, tagged to a health care project as I had prior experience.

Infobean: 38 fixed. No variable pay, client is DHL, client was bit cool.

14 years experience, considering job security which one would be a better choice.

1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
