Right now in GS working for one specific role … very limited learning curv and on the other side I got an opportunity to work for Indian Bank with my interest of work with better package?

Is it a good decision to shift from US based form to an Indian Private Bank ( Top 3) ?

I am confused as I am getting the opinion of branding over india bank culture

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

Any tips for staying healthy while traveling for work regularly, esp to smaller cities/towns with limited healthy takeouts? When there are no healthy options available I usually just not eat or eat a super basic salad (eg lettuce + chicken), and I bring some protein bars and appetite suppressant fiber crackers with me. But my life has been super miserable and I find myself hangry all the time, bloated from eating too much raw veg, and waking up in the middle of the night starving 😭
