Hi, weird question for this forum, so I apologize. I’m trying to be creative here and use the tv stand that I have. The issue is that it has an open back so you can see all my tv wires. I can’t hide the wires because my building won’t let me open the wall. My idea was to slip a tile sheet that is wall behind the tv stand as a back, but I need the tile cut to the specific heigh and width of the tv stand. I recently bought a house (In my hometown), I am not staying there. It is currently on rent. I am getting Rent as 50% of the total Home loan EMI of that house. And it is equivalent to the rent that I am paying at my current location in another city.

Question is: Should I do yearly loan prepayments from my annual bonus to reduce the EMI amount or should I keep the loan going as it is and invest yearly bonus in share market or gold.
