I am working as a jira admin and I got offer from Nagarro. But the reviews are not at all good for Nagarro.
In interview I was said that I will be working with different clients and I will be deployed in Atlassian domain.

Can someone suggest me on this.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.
