ctc 19.6 all fixed
not sure about tech stack used. mostly spark airflow aws trino ect
60 day notice period
hybrid 3 day wfo

2. citi - data engineer
ctc 22.7 fixed plus 5-15% annual bonus
old tech stack hadoop hive spark
90 day notice period
hybrid 2day wfo

my priority
growth and Learning
future opportunities for getting into better companies.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
Please help me with making a clear decision. And i have 8+ YOE.

Publicis Sapient: 16 CTC ( 14.5 LPA FIXED )
Neudesic (IBM) 16 CTC ( 14.5 FIXED + WFH Remote Complete )
PubMatic: 22.70 CTC + 2 lakhs Joining Bonus ( 16 fixed LPA + Other benifits, stocks, etc )

It will be very helpful if you can suggest with some reason.

Salary is same in both of them.
