I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

I am financially secure (husband now has a high earning job) and looking at what options for "moon shots" at chances of real wealth generation with my years in Big 4 (10+). I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.
