Is MuSigma a good company to work?
FIS has given 22k for WFH and kept one condition that emp won't leave within a year.
But I left after 6 month after giving 22k. But my total span in FIS was 1.5 year
So company has recovered that amount but they have deducted 18% GST on recovered 22k.
So is it legitimate to deduct GST .
Please suggest ?

I also got emotional when I left my first job. Those emotions lasted 2-3 hrs.
Yes...first company is always special..my colleagues there have become my life time friends..
:)
Haha believe me, no colleague will message or call you after your lwd. It happens but we need to look at bigger picture
Those who want refferal will surely call you 😂😂😂😂
I am also getting cold feet as lwd is approaching after spending decade in same company
It's because only the first company will give you a batch of friends in training which is like your college or school days.
Lunch with the batch - even though in different projects, few will maintain that training batch relationship.
It could be the feel similar to leaving the college. But slowly you will overcome it.
I had cried my eyes out. But then you get over it.
First company will always be first. Mine was Accenture. I still miss those days. I used to feel like still in college. Imade some great friends there and they are still close to me. Its totally fine to have nostalgia abt your first company.
Yes.. had tears while handing over id card.. 😢
Hahahaha...
Yesterday when the PMO called and asked me are you sure that you want to leave TCS? and I replied.. who wants to leave their forst company? I am always ready to take back the resignation but I have some salary and tech stack expectations that made me take this difficult decision. And he was like: Okay I have received some documents this morning, let me see what I can do.
Fingers crossed. They dont know that my current CTC is 5.64, offer in hand 9 lpa, I am targeting 11 lpa now.. and he will come.up with 20%hike to lure me 😂🤬
Basically I am in support project doing administration work and its pretty easy to train a fresher to do the job so they won't be much interested to retain me( what I feel) and even I am not interested unless they give me 60-80% hike that the current offer is giving me.
It's the memories and a kind of growing up phase. Like you missed school when you went to college.

Companies never get emotional, its businesses for them treet them same.
Samething happening with me as my LWD is approaching
Yes its common to feel sad after resigning from your first company. It's mostly nostalgia and the memory of your team mates.
You will feel sad for a couple of months after joining the new company. Since you are joining online, it will take you time to adjust. You may end up thinking you made a wrong decision, but remember growth is painful and it's out of your comfort zone.
Hahaha even I was feeling sad when I quit TCS

Lot of companies have free Udemy access
My colleagues left before me, so it was fine for me, but sometimes I miss my Wipro Chennai days.
First company is always special because you will carry every kind of experience, be that good or bad and that will always help you in your future. It's normal to be sad at this point.
Let that big offer come your way, ye dukh khatam ho jayega 😄
