Past two months hardly searching for job here no luck. Seems safety openings are low in India. Now he planned to do SAP EHS course so that he may switch his career.That may get job in India. All my colleagues feel ridiculously happy, I’m the grinch one that’s never enjoying the grind (but the grind is hard and competitive, very competitive) :( any thoughts? I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. 6.5 years work experience
- worked in distribution in EHS for a year
- worked in EHS Consulting for 3 years
- currently working in insurance consulting in risk management

Want to get opinions on next move. Living in TX now. Insurance pays alright but my last raise was less than inflation rate and salary growth is low.
