I am looking for moving forward in my career. My background is as follows:

- bachelors in environmental health and safety engineering (EHS)
- masters in safety sciences

6.5 years work experience
- worked in distribution in EHS for a year
- worked in EHS Consulting for 3 years
- currently working in insurance consulting in risk management

Want to get opinions on next move. Living in TX now. Insurance pays alright but my last raise was less than inflation rate and salary growth is low.
