Hi quick question and thank you in advance! My husband separated from the CG over a year ago and his VSO didn’t submit his claims for a few months because she had some emergency and was out of office and no one told him. Anyway he found out 4 months later and got it submitted then. And now his claim has been in phase 3 gathering evidence for about 6 months. So 2 questions - is he completely out of luck for the 4 missed months? And also is it normal for a claim to be stuck in phase3 for 6 months?
