Ok so even though the VSO is the one that “forgot” to submit it for 4 months and wouldn’t respond to our calls and emails there is nothing we can do to make sure he gets his payments for those 4 months? Thanks for the insight on the timing of your claim - his also got submitted in august and he had his last PHA exams in November so hoping his also make it through soon then!
Pro
Yes that’s that’s catch with a single point of failure. I use a 3rd party consultancy to manage all of mine. Pay them a fee when rewarded compensation.
Pro
Yes to both.
1) recoupment/pro-rating (presuming it’s for compensation) starts when the claim is filed to the VA
2) in this administration, claims are being outsourced to 3rd parties for review due to backlog. Phases don’t really matter. I had one just make it thru that was submitted in August.
