Hi recently attended final interview round for Support Engineer 1 role blue yonder(JDA) , usually how long it takes for HR to get back to you, or get ur results back, I usually send feedback request for all the interviews I attend after 3 days, thinking of doing one for this as well, is ghosting culture prevalent in BY or they do let you know the results.

So apparently accenture is making people who are on the bench enroll into a mandatory customer service role even if you’re 100% utilized. Friend took 3 weeks of PTO and has been on the bench for a few days and he is being forced. Worst part? It’s Tues-Saturday.

What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?

He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO.
