Hi! Review for Cognition Builders. I've been at CB for 3 mo as a Family Architect. This company has really helped me grow as a behavioralist. I feel supported by my supervisors when entering a case; questions of all kinds are always welcomed and encouraged. Additionally, there's room to step into leadership roles! Validity and integrity are never compromised when providing services. The work I do is always heart centered, and I've found that this approach aligns with CB's values.

I have often wondered if being honest when I fill out EEOC / diversity forms if that limits me from new work / promotions. I used to be able to hide my disability, but it is progressive so now it's not as easy to hide. Thoughts?

Does anyone feel that the Oil and Gas industry is the most discriminatory industry of all? They won’t even look at resume without O&G experience! It does not make sense to me as I would rather teach someone the specifics of an industry if they were a good fit. And for an industry that has so many obstacles from Government, Environmental Organizations and so on, why they are adding more bad publicity to themselves is not a great approach.
