1- Is it the right designation on 12.4 Yrs Exp and CTC that I have received.
2- What is the average salary band for assistant Director in GDS.
3- How is anual Hike in EY GDS on an average??
4- I have valid H1B petition till 2025, is there any chances I can get it transferred into EY GDS??

I’m a designer on an in-house design team in the mortgage industry. Our senior designer passed on managing our team and they’ve asked me to fill the role unofficially until the end of the year as training, then make it official.

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?

I had reached out to them to ask if they had completed by background check since I couldnt see the process. They had said "it was completed and I should get an email confirmation". Nothing from them. I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .
