Recently received offer from Oracle Solution Services India Private Limited and base location mentioned is Bangalore. Just was curious to know whether we have to go to office physically for the joining or we can join virtually as I am not in Bangalore. I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
