On Aug'2021 i joined 1 company after 1 month starting October I had family health issues medical emergency covid, was on leave for 15days then i asked company for immediate relieve as there is no probation period so they want me to serve 90days notice, so i left that company without notice basically abscond. After 1 month i joined another company didn't mention about that 2 months gap.
Nw got selected in techm on final hr round do they accept me if I mention the truth abt 2month gap

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle?
