Initially as per verbal discussion they told me 7 Lpa including 50k variable they can offer me.
Currently getting into the existing company 4.5 lpa and remaining variable ( transportation and shift allowance which is not written in my offer letter) making my gross salary 8.67 lpa. Location Bangalore

1) what is the standard compensation for the business process lead.
2) Can I ask them for the counter

I am about to join CTS as bid manager role in SAP. I don't have prior experience with bid management but have functional & implementation experience in SAP.
