I have joined Wells Fargo Bangalore on 18th july with package of 7.5 lakhs
Next week I got offer letter from Morgan Stanley Mumbai of package 16.3 lakhs with joining date of 30th sept as they know I already joined wells fargo
Now i have resigned at WF and asked them to release me early with notice period buyout as they dont have probision period
They agreed and releasing me on 05th August
I have asked MS to give early joining and joining bonus but they denied.
Please suggest.

My role sr SQL developer I resigned the current job GOT ROLE in FICO child org as a solution integration consultant role -(AWS,PENTAHO ,SQL we will be using ) -offered CTC 25 fixed + 1L JB + 2.5 BONUS + 0.5 L WFH SETUP = total 29LPA if everything will go smoothly ( bonus vary with comp growth it can be between 1.8L to 2.5l .so final CTC will get down to 28LPA as well - Bangalore but WFH ).Current org retain with 25L +2 LP VARIABLE HYDERABAD COMPANY

Need help reg TCS BGC process.
Now I have only 2 days to accept the offer, not yet accepted.
My queries are 1) my 1st exp original services letter is not found ( lost somewhere), have scanned copy , I have supporting doc like form no 16 , full and final settlement , salary slip
2) i don't have a relieving letter from one of the org as they only provided an exp letter, in the same company.
