I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..
Is it good to join and then try pushing them for wfh.. or search for another offer..? 16 yoe, PM...

Can anyone share what is the working mode for now in Both KPMG India and KPMG Global ? WFH / WFO / Hybrid - if Hybrid how many days work from office ?

For people with Non-technical backgrounds who are now Product managers in the Tech industry, what kind of resources did you use to prep for your interviews? I've had people recommend brushing up on cracking the PM code but there's SO MUCH information out there and it's hard to figure out if I'm looking at the right thing or not. Please share resources that helped you get into PM roles (bonus points if you work at companies like Amazon and Google).

I applied for a role a few days ago and found the relevant hiring manager today via LinkedIn. Should I send a follow up mail/introduce myself to this person. Would it leave a good impression or come across as desperate?

Btw, the person is in a “Talent Acquisition” position at the company.

My question is should wait for Capgemini's offer? As they haven't been responsive to any of my mode of communication.

I currently make 60LPA in Hyderabad and my firm has an offer for 150k in Chicago. Is it worth? I have received an offer in TCS accepted it and submitted the documents for BGC . The CTC i mentioned is 13L in iBegin portal and uploaded the same recent hike letter. But my current company held my offer of 13L and salary/payslip is with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L.
I am little concerned it might impact negative on my BGC..

Received offer letter with mentioned that at "TCS Kolkata". Can it be considered that my base/work location is also Kolkata (*as i need this). Or is there any chance that after project allocation it may be changed and forcefully transferred to any other location without my consent?

Need to know one thing urgently. Have attended lateral TCS interview and cleared TR and MR..But got to know in the MR round that my preferred base location they cant provide..So went ahead with it. HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...

Can anyone please let me know If I sit for the interview tomorrow will it cause any issue/not?
