I have received a call from talent ola (one of the recruiting partner of Birlasoft) regarding Primavera P6 role.
I have been interviewed with Birlasoft panel namely Roveena Thakur (Hr @ Birlasoft) (Roveena.thakur@birlasoft.com) and Sayali Kadam (Technical Interviewer) (sayali1.kadam@birlasoft.com) .I have cleared L1 and L2 rounds and salary discussion was also done.After that I got to know that they hired someone else.

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?
