Hi there, I recently was rejected after the final rounds of panel interviews for a Solution Engineer position at SF, the feedback was vague as to why by the recruiter even though I had positive feedback at the end of my presentation. Do you know if it’s possible to get more feedback? I spent a lot of time on the panel and can accept someone else is better, just seeking to know how they were better when I put my best foot forward. Could be a long shot 🙂.

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Once I disclosed my felony, which she already knew about since a friend referred me to her, she immediately stopped the interview and said she couldn’t in good faith move forward on my application given the nature of my offense.
