Interviewing for a Product Manager role as an individual contributor reporting to the Managing Director of the company. Can anyone share insight to salary expectations/ranges? It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.

I have offers from Airtel and VMware, can anyone suggest which one would be better.
Package is almost same, it's just that airtel is giving all fixed but VMware has annual bonus and RSU's.

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission. He suspects it was because the status from my previous application to McKinsey over 2 years ago got pulled into the system automatically. Till now I still haven't received the application link and no recruiter has been assigned. Kind of lost about what to do next.
