So please help me with what is the best way to get a first call from VISA.

I am tired of applying and rejected (without referral)

How did you get an interview call and any inputs to make the application selection successful

For me, its a rejection rate of 100 per for full time roles. No recruiter calls nothing

What is the VISA selection criteria.

I am sure people who have cracked VISA know it well so please enlighten me.
