I interviewed for a SAP Basis role on 24 October and was later informed that there is currently no open demand, though my profile is kept in the system.
However, I still see the same SAP Basis roles being posted on LinkedIn and the Accenture careers page.

Can someone from Accenture HR department or anyone please help in this by asking internally.

How do I measure what I'm "worth" in the market? I know YOE play a role, but I don't know how to measure based on perf or whatnot. What makes one person worth more than another for the same role?

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Thoughts? I’m going to drive myself crazy analyzing everything.

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script.
