Would anyone from EY help explain compensation part in offer letter?
For example in the offer letter the compensation shown is 150K ( paid annually in bi-weekly installment) is it inclusive of any variable pay or variable pay is in addition to this? like the performance bonus or any other programs?

Why do FAANG companies pay above market not just for Eng talent but other non-core functions? Like HR or other functions that are largely similar anywhere else

Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise.
