I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

(With a no a a response) I want to put in my two weeks notice to see if they would consider giving me a pay increase.. but I don’t have a back up plan right now to do so. Any suggestions. It's been more than week ..documents shared with KPMG didn't get any call for HR round. Is someone else facing the same?

During my first switch back in 2019 I recieved 80% hike (4.5 lpa to 8 lpa), that was such an excitement you just can't believe. I got this once my ex left me and I was happy after receiving this offer after huge sadness , sorrows given my ex.



Today I recieved 100% hike with cctc as 10 lpa but no excitement. It look like I am becoming a robot and not enjoying anything.

Cost of living is going from bad to worse in Tier 1 cities. How are people working in non IT industry coping?

Even with a 20lpa to 25lpa pay range, I feel we barely making ends meet. I am commuting in buses/autorickshaws these days. Eating at street vendors or cooking at home. Cannot even afford Swiggy/Zomato. Have no IT background hence 50lpa+ salary is impossible to achieve. Now thinking of moving to Tier 3 city and take up permanent WFH jobs to feel middle class again

Interviews can be tedious, even after giving 3 technical rounds, people will still reject.. any ideas how to tackle this
