Interviews can be tedious, even after giving 3 technical rounds, people will still reject.. any ideas how to tackle this

Had an intro chat / interview with HH canceled bc of “scheduling conflict”. They said they’d reschedule asap. Haven’t heard from them for 3 days. Should I wait, follow-up or set up another call? Am I reading too much into it?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? Why do freshers always Crave for a Client Facing job instead of a job that teaches them the most ?

I was recently selected for a role at Google and my on-site interview was scheduled, all rounds went well but the last one which was with the hiring manager I had completely bombed to a point that my eye contact on screen made him suspect that I was googling answers which I wasn't.

Is there a chance I will pull through considering better performance on other rounds or I am done?
