I just cleared 4 technical rounds of interview with last one being the client interview and I am in CTC discussion phase, I have 5 years of total experience and I am a client select, my current CTC is 18 LPA, and I quoted somewhere between 25 LPA to 26 LPA but I am told by the HR that there is no joining bonus or relocation bonus, is it the case with LTIMindtree that nobody gets a joining bonus or my HR is showing some good negotiation skills?

I have an offer with a company and joining is 27th of Jun. I got offer from JP Morgan on 20th and they have given joining 4th of July. I am planning to join in JP Morgan. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? I had cleared my all rounds with Hexaware and had filled the CAF form , offer letter processing was pending from HR side .

I have been trying to connect to the HR from last 60 days and today I got to know that the HR has resigned from organisation. 🤦🏻

I got to know this because I put up a mail to the HR’s email and delivery failed saying that email does not exist

Can anybody please provide me the HR mailing id of hexaware ? where I can report such incident
