Hi, I'm working at a product based company, I joined as a fresher and it has been 3 years, I have not been able to get an Offer in last 6 months of Interviewing with companies like Amazon, Cisco, Akamai, Paypal and ServiceNow, but I have got an Offer from startup for almost an 80% hike. Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I’m at the cap for salary at the level/role and can’t negotiate offer any higher.

Bristalcone, client: SAP Labs: 22 LPA fixed, 10% variable and 1 lakh JB.

Where to learn about sap fiori for a sap security consultant

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

For anyone who's made it out of SAP: How do you write your experience on your resume to focus less on SAP so your not pegged as an "SAP guy"? My experience is mostly in testing and project management.

I was put in to SAP when I joined my firm. I got SAP FI certified (associate), but have not done any configuring or implementation work at all (gov't consulting). I'm functional, and do use SAP (cont)

Has anyone ran a migration / conversion from SAP Simple Finance 1503 to S4 1809? Technical conversion only. Can you share approximate timeline and any learnings?
