my joining was in Jan26 Genpact. I was hired through project-based hiring and I worked on the project till April. Due to the toxic behavior of my TL,I took release from the project. Currently,I have been on the bench since May,till now I've not received any calls or mails from anyone project related.
In the beginning I only received a mail from the Talent Match team regarding an updated CV. Because of this situation, I am getting stressed.especially since my probation period is still ongoing.
