Hi Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable. 11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA? I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity. Did you tell that them have an offer at 14 LPA?

Yes I did tell her but she said the package written above the budget automatically puts the profile on hold by the system, they don't manually go and put a candidate on hold But one of my friend's HR told her that she can accept the offer and if she gets any higher offer she can show the same for counter offer, that will work. Does counter offer really works in Accenture? I have just 1 week left for my LWD

Need salary advice: I’m currently a writer for an agency I interned at, and when I was hired on I was told the salary I should have by law, is something the agency couldn’t afford (red flag, I know)..

So needing to work 45 hours in advisory going forward, "because professionals already work that much" is a really shitty explication - probably won't get a bump in comp either.
