I am functional test engineer and have 7 years of experience in the same.
I had worked for different different domains as a functional tester for example
-Banking and finance services- 5.10
-OTT Platform - 7 months
-Sales (HP Dynamic) - 3 months.
I have done below certification as well,
-PSM level 1 (scrum.org)
-ISTQB CTFL (gasq.in )
Still I am not getting good package and if I am trying for scrum role companies are expecting at least 7-9 years experienced as a scrum.
Please give suggestions

I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.
