Don’t listen to all the haters, I’ve had a great experience in professional services here. Bad eggs everywhere of course but experience here has been great.

Sounds like some bitter people

Wow and I’m choosing between Salesforce solution architect or PWC manager. My gut is telling me to go with PWC. This will be a nightmare for the next couple years

Feel free to dm with any questions about the pwc sf practice! (Currently a manager there)

I’m currently staffed on a client where I’m cleaning up Traction on Demand work that has zero documentation lol

Ok but to be fair who really produces thorough, useful docs company-wide on a consistent basis? I haven't seen it.

Mixed feelings about this … this is my first time being part of an acquisition. Any advice from the pros? Stay or leave for another consulting firm?

So how’d your offer look like? Are you happy? Neutral? Pissed?

How much?

Traction on demand seems to have a lot of turnover already. Will be interesting to see what happens

And I thought they are (at least in the near terms) done with acquisitions after the big re-org

With all these professional services acquisitions, Salesforce is living up to their motto:

Just got a freelance gig for $1250 for 2 shoot days, but they’re asking for hourly rate for prep days. Not sure what rate to give them & if I should base it on a 10 or 12 hr hourly rate. It’s LA based & content/digital production. I’m not a fan of hourly rates, but I don’t want to lose the gig or end up agreeing to less days than I actually end up working..

Wondering if it makes sense to apply for an Enterprise Architect (pre-sales) or a Senior Technical Architect role??

Also in terms of seniority and salary are these roles any different?
