No. They simply are undercutting everyone else on price. Offering first year free—or creative services for free if brand gives media remit. Does nothing for viability of workforce.

We all get screwed by clients demanding cheaper and cheaper work. It benefits none of us.
Hi there, as a employee, everything depends on the agency and account that you are working on. And the vertical, with the associated requirements.
I will note that I absolutely love the team and account I currently work on. Also, been working within the company for almost five years and have had massive opportunities for continued advancement, and growth.
Any time I’ve started feeling like I hit a peak, those above me have worked on my behalf to move into a new advanced role that challenges me and gives me what I need to advance my career.
We also have very low team turnover, which I would think is a good indicator of employee morale. Very low as in I’m working with the same people years later on the account as I did when it started.
Hmmmm that was not my experience. My team was a big mess at the start. PM were totally clueless, had to guide some of them in the general ream process of kicking off a job, creative brief, estimates, timemes lines.
I agree, working at Publicis should come with a * warning. How could they win all this new business and still cutting back staff?
Some Wall Street perspective:
Publicis and Accenture have seen serious stock growth over the last 24 months, with Publicis soaring to record highs in 2024 and Accenture hitting an all-time peak in early 2025. Omnicom’s share price has been relatively stable. WPP’s stock price? Volatile.
