How are amzn technical program manager roles viewed?

Interviewing and the pay is essentially the same ($250K) as consulting but I like the idea of getting deeper into tech and getting out of consulting.

Thoughts on a late 1st year going in-house? I'm getting close to an offer with a decent corp, in a dream location (Miami) with equal or slightly increased salary (cravath scale). My story is unique because I had significant experience prior to law school that makes me somewhat marketable to the company. While I'm well aware of my limited practice knowledge, I don't feel like I'm actually learning in my current role anyway. I also have zero interest in making partner. Is this too soon to jump?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. I'm a paralegal getting my MBA by August 2023. I had an interview for a new position at my current company but in a different department. The new position is to help open new locations across the US including hiring, training, performance, etc. It is heavy travel (75%) going to the new sites. Salary for the new position is $110k and I currently make $85k. No formal offer yet but current department is trying to keep me. ADVICE PLS!

Any advice for a junior lawyer trying to move from litigation to corporate? My firm is in a unique situation in that the associates working in corporate have largely left (for explainable reasons) or are on leave, the partners know that they need more associates doing this work, and they’re willing to train me, but as a second year lawyer who’s been doing almost exclusively litigation, the learning curve seems SO steep. Looking for career advice for a mentee who has two competing Internship offers as a sophomore from Google and Uber. Initially encouraged him to pick Google because of brand name, but the Uber offer pays an extra $10k over the summer and he supports himself through college so it is a material difference.
