How are salary hikes determined during an IJB (Internal Job Board) grade change?

I wanted to understand how the process actually works.

For example, a few people received a standard hike of around 25%, while others were given a “market correction” adjustment. In some cases, BA4 candidates (Ops role) who cleared IJB are still below 12.8 LPA, whereas others are offered 14+ LPA for similar roles.


Could someone clarify how these decisions are made

Hi All. I moved to a new company , I just got my take home salary and my current pay is less that previous pay ,because of different state and other taxes. My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation?
