How are SAP Basis projects in LTI Mindtree . Do they have projects or they will keep me in bench as lateral hire.I heard many things related to bench here hire and fire. How is the policy here?

Hi All, I request you to please help me with my query. I have joined capgemini three weeks back. They told me direct project but they tagged me to bench.

According to current scenario, what would be the timeline in bench to get the project. I got an mail to get the project within 30 days so If I am not able to get it , is there any consequences on it. Please help me my queries.

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Just had an unclear moment where it seemed like I was expected to vet production partners and I didn't realize I should've .

Do IBM decrease the notice period to 30 days for such employees?

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Finally on the bench this week but still woke up at 5am with the fly day panic attacks. Whyyyyyy???!!
