How are singles coping during this pandemic and wfh? Any great ideas to share?

I’m looking to move out of CA (I’m in LA) to another western/central state that has comparable’ish weather, diversity, music/art/active culture, and a nice 3 bed house is $500-600k or less. No kids, remote worker, near nature and open space. Any success (or cautionary) stories about CA relo’s you can share? City/neighborhoods reco’s?

What shitty policy few organizations are having to call people down to office to pick laptop? Even in wfh scenario. How is that efficient?

I have not recieved any confirmation regarding laptop delivery,Wfh or wfo.
I have asked from my HR so ge mentioned please be ready,You MAY need to work from office as per business requirements.

Anybody else noticed recruiters are only proactively reaching out about hybrid/on-site roles nowadays?

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
So, why are you reaching out to me about jobs in a city 3 hours away that's 100% onsite and w/out even a ReLo?

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
