That’s quite the range there… But you have to interview and be hired by a foreign company sponsoring expats. Depending on the country you can be an average performer for some developing nations, or must be world class to get into say Germany.
Highly doubt they hire people outside their country to be a recruiter since you are blind to their culture, but I could be wrong here…
A marketing manager or sales might be easier if they are selling to your home country, and I know of some guys who do just this in my field. They came from India to the USA, and help sell with sales to India. They are brilliant.
To get sponsored to live abroad as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Marketing Manager, or Sales Development Representative, you can start by researching companies that have a global presence and offer opportunities for international assignments. You can also reach out to recruiters who specialize in placing candidates in overseas positions and consider networking with professionals in your desired industry. Additionally, it's important to ensure that you have the necessary qualifications and experience for the role and are willing to adapt to the local culture and customs.
