How can I make security deposit be used towards last month’s rent !? I have been trying to be extremely nice and supportive to the landlord to get the house ready for showings as we plan to move but he has not been making any effort. Even after giving 3 months notice, now he says he won’t do showings till we leave the house. Earlier he had committed to showings in May so we can get out of our lease early and not have to pay for the last month’s rent in June. This is in Georgia

I'm under contract for a new build in progress that won't be done until much later this year. I fully expect interest rates will be higher than what I originally estimated.
