If you've been getting bad reviews from employees, the first step in fixing that might be to pay attention to what's being said. There's always going to be some element of disgruntled worker complaining, but it's also quite likely that some of the criticisms are valid. Consider what has been said and seek to fix what may need correcting.
Agree with Real Estate Agent 1. If there are systemic issues causing the negative reviews, you need to address them or they'll continue rolling in. You could also ask current employees to leave reviews, although if you do this, you'll need to be tactful and make it clear there's no pressure to leave one if any employee is uncomfortable with the idea. You don't want to come across as coercive.
Ask your tenured employees to leave good reviews!
